At THBGB.SHOP, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery across Australia. Thanks to our local Australian warehouses and dedicated team, we ensure your orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible.

1. Fast Dispatch & Delivery Times

Because all our stock is stored locally in Australia, we offer ultra-fast fulfillment:

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive at your address.

(Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.)

2. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of your order, and delivery location.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Express / Same-Day Delivery: Available for eligible local regions at checkout.

4. Shipping Address & Delivery Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • We deliver to physical addresses across Australia. For PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, additional processing time may occasionally apply depending on the local courier network.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we work closely with trusted courier partners to ensure 2–3 day delivery, unforeseen shipping delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or peak courier seasons.

  • If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@thbgb.shop.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged during transit, please take clear photos and reach out to our team immediately so we can send a replacement.
